SHIPPING.
Your item will ship VIA Fedex or UPS Ground shipping within 7 business day after cleared payment. All items ship fully insured and you will receive an email with the tracking information. All items ship direct to your home or business address provided at Checkout.
RETURN POLICY.
Please contact info@theflutefarm.com to obtain a Return Authorization within 7 days for a Refund of your Purchase Price. Customer must return the item prepaid and in the same condition received, you will be notified the same day your item is received back to the store. Your item will go thru a 'review' process to confirm item has been returned without damage. Any damaged sustained during the return is the responsibility of the Buyer and a refund will not be given. If there is a problem with your item upon receiving it please email info@theflutefarm.com .

WARRANTY
All flute have a 1 year Manufacturers Warranty; any service related issues will be processed by the Manufacturer as long as the flute was not damaged by accidental breakage or intentional misuse. For any service related questions please contact us directly. It is our purpose to provide you with superior customer care.
